Lena Bourassa has 20 years of experience managing the development and delivery of consulting services in the areas of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Assessment Centres, Executive Coaching, Selection Support, Recruitment, Career Management and Employee Assistance Programs for Regional, National and International organizations. A resident of Gatineau, Lena specializes in delivering executive search for clients in Western Quebec and the National Capital Region in both official languages.
Lena has provided executive coaching to senior managers in both public and private sectors, creating individually tailored strategic plans which help them develop into top performers by strengthening their leadership skills, and addressing barriers to their growth and ineffective behaviours.
She has developed a profitable consulting business for a Montreal-based Industrial & Career Management firm in the National Capital Region. In 2004, she was the recipient of the Ray & Berndtson Vision Award recognizing excellence in providing products and services to the Human Resources function.
Lena has worked in all major industries in the private and public sectors including: education, pulp and paper, finance, insurance, technology, transport, health, call centres, waste management, casino, energy, religious institutions, associations and museums.
She is a Member of l’Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation et des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec, the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario, the Canadian Guidance and Counselling Association. She holds a Master’s in Education (Counselling), BA in Special Education from l’Université Laval.
