Frances Bell

Frances Bell is Head of the Odgers Ray & Berndtson Not-for-Profit Practice, based in London.  She specialises in senior roles across a range of organisations within the charity and overseas development sectors.

Her clients include Leonard Cheshire, Elizabeth Finn Care, Centrepoint, Help the Aged and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria.

Frances joined Odgers in 1996. Her career in executive search and selection began in 1979, when she joined Woods Gordon in Toronto, one of the Ernst & Young predecessor firms. She subsequently established her own search and selection business, focusing exclusively on healthcare organisations. On returning to the UK in 1989, she worked for Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting in London.

Frances spent her early years in Canada, where she graduated in Business Administration.
