Chris Behan is Chairman of OdgersInterim and is based in London. Chris joined Odgers in 1999 to establish and develop their Interim Management business.
Chris is acknowledged as one of the pioneers in the development of the concept of Interim Management in the UK having been jointly responsible for the creation of Albemarle Interim Management Services, the UK’s first Interim Management provider. He then went on to establish the Interim Management Practice at NB Selection Limited, where he was a Director.
Prior to Interim Management, Chris worked in the Engineering industry. He spent the first 10 years of his career with GEC, first as a military radar Design Engineer, then in production and marketing. He was Production Controller for the GEC FHP Motor Factory at Newcastle (Staffordshire) and later Marketing Manager of GEC Electric Motors.
Chris was appointed Managing Director of Roche's medical electronics company working in Europe and the U.S.A.
Chris gained his degree in electronic engineering at the University of Liverpool. He is a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants and a Freeman of the City of London.
