Marcus Beale

Marcus Beale is a Partner in the CFO Practice, based in the Leeds office. With a UK wide remit, his primary focus is the appointment of Finance Directors and CFOs across all sectors in a range of businesses, both public and private. The CFO Practice is amongst the top three in the UK executive search market and handles nearly 20% of the firm's assignments each year. Marcus is also involved with searches for non-executive directorships when the requirement is to appoint a candidate with senior finance experience.

Marcus trained with KPMG before joining a FTSE 100 Telecom Plc as a Group Accountant. He has specialised in the recruitment of senior finance executives for over a decade. In 2003, Marcus founded and ran a CFO search practice, managing a team recruiting senior finance professionals for Blue Chip organisations across all sectors in a range of businesses, both public and private. Prior to joining Odgers, Marcus held a management position with the UK's largest recruiter of finance management executives, before moving to another leading international search firm in 1999.

Marcus is a Finance/Law graduate of Leeds University.
