Sue Banting is a partner specializing in information technology in the Toronto office of Ray & Berndtson. Sue focuses on building organizations' IT leadership capabilities across all industry sectors in the areas of CRM, ERP, e-Business, information technology and communications.
She has 12 plus years of search experience in the information technology arena, working with such recruiting firms as Queue Systems and Source Services. Her recruiting experience is complemented by over seven years in sales and marketing roles in telecommunications companies such as TTS and Bell Canada.
Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, Sue was the director of recruiting at Deloitte Consulting where she successfully grew all facets of professional services with a particular focus on information technology services lines: e-Business, networking, CRM and ERP. Sue holds a political studies degree from Queen's University.
