Phil Bainbridge

Phil Bainbridge divides his time between the Odgers Ray & Berndtson London & Leeds offices as a Partner within the Financial Services and Northern Practices. 

Phil has considerable experience of recruiting at NXD, CEO and Managing Director levels, and for a variety of functions including finance, marketing, risk, operations, human resources and e-commerce.

His early career was spent in human resources, including appointment as Divisional HR Director for a major UK retail banking group. His consulting career commenced with the Hay Group where he played a key role in developing the Hay Thames Valley business.  Phil’s search credentials were established with Whitehead Mann where he was a member of the Financial Services Practice and a founding Director of the firm’s highly successful Northern England operation. Prior to joining Odgers Ray & Berndtson, Phil worked for Spencer Stuart. 

Phil is a Business Studies Graduate. He is qualified to administer and interpret a range of psychometric tests.
