Alberto Armoni

Alberto Armoni is the managing partner of Ray & Berndtson's offices in both Buenos Aires and Santiago.

Formerly a physician specializing in applied psychology, he brings a unique perspective to the recruitment of top executives. With more than 30 years of executive search experience in Latin America, Alberto conducts senior assignments for a wide variety of global organizations in most of the industries established in the region - the Southern Cone countries of South America: Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay. He and his team recruit regional vice presidents, chief executive officers, business unit managers and senior specialists in the consumer proucts, financial services, business& professional services, technology and healthcare sectors. Alberto contributed to the establishment of the first executive selection and search firm in South America in 1962. In 1971, he founded Armoni Consultores, an affiliate to a leading international search group for almost 24 years. He and his firm joined the Ray & Berndtson partnership in 1996.

A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, Alberto received an M.D. from the School of Medicine and completed post-graduate studies at the International Psychoanalytic Association - Argentine Chapter.
