Kimberly Allison

Kimberly Allison brings over ten years of diverse and progressive executive search experience to her role as Principal with Ray & Berndtson.

In her previous role, Kimberly was Practice Director for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing division of a leading global executive search firm, pioneering management-level RPO in the Canadian marketplace.

In her role prior, Kimberly played an integral role in launching the interim division of a leading national executive search firm.

Kimberly has a track record of success managing assignments across a broad cross-section of industries and functionalities at both the middle management and senior executive level, for leading organizations across Canada and the U.S.            

Kimberly holds an Honours degree in Law.
