International searches are always co-ordinated by the clients' local office, leveraging the existing knowledge, understanding and working relationship to scope the requirements. This office is the point of contact for the client throughout the assignment, and fee structures will be agreed direct in the local currency.
The local office chooses specific consultant(s) in international offices to fulfill the brief on the ground. They are chosen for their sector or function expertise and market knowledge in the target country and their inclusion will be shared and approved with the client.
